Who processes your data
These providers process data in workspaces for us, under the Data Processing Agreement. Each is bound by a data processing agreement of its own. Providers outside the EU process data under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your own providers
Some services act for you rather than for us, and are not on this list: the GitHub, Vercel, Slack and other accounts you connect, and, on a Mac, your own Claude Code and Claude plan, which send your edits to Anthropic under your own agreement with it. Edits asked for in Slack use your workspace's own Anthropic key.
Changes
We email workspace owners at least 30 days before a new subprocessor starts processing their data. If you object, tell us at hello@daytwo.app; if we cannot meet the objection, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
