Terms of Service

Updated 6 October 2026

About these terms

These terms cover your use of Daytwo, an editor for marketing websites made by ++addmore. By signing in you agree to them. If you use Daytwo for a company, you agree to them on its behalf.

++addmore, Frankrijklei 112 b8, 2000 Antwerp, Belgium. VAT BE0755567642. Questions go to simon@addmore.studio.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account and in workspaces you own. Workspace owners decide who joins and what each person can do.

Your content

Your repositories, websites, chats, attachments and the changes Daytwo makes for you stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them to run Daytwo for you, and to improve Daytwo when your workspace shares chats. The Privacy Policy explains both.

Connected services

Daytwo works through the GitHub, Vercel and other accounts you connect, and their terms apply as well. Only connect repositories and projects you are allowed to change. Daytwo makes changes on branches. Your live site changes only when someone in your workspace asks for it, for example by publishing.

AI output

The editor uses AI models, and their output can be wrong. Check changes before you publish them. You are responsible for what you publish.

Acceptable use

Do not use Daytwo to:

  • break the law or infringe someone else's rights
  • publish malware, spam or deceptive content
  • attack, overload or probe Daytwo or anyone else's systems
  • access workspaces, sites or data that are not yours

Availability

We work on Daytwo continuously, so features change. We aim to keep it running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Daytwo is provided as is.

Ending

You can delete your account or workspace at any time in Settings. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. The Privacy Policy says what happens to your data.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, ++addmore is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for Daytwo in the 12 months before it, or €100 if that is more.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any other liability the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes

We may update these terms. We post the new version here, and email workspace owners before a significant change takes effect.

Law

Belgian law applies. The courts of Antwerp have jurisdiction.
